智通财经APP获悉，香港金管局推出一次性特别安排，容许银行放宽最高按揭贷款成数至八成。对此，中银香港(02388)个金产品总经理周国昌表示：“中银香港欢迎及支持香港金管局今天宣布的一次性特别按揭安排，放宽于指定期间以建筑期付款购入楼花住宅物业用家的按揭申请成数及供款比率，以缓解其申请按揭时，因物业估价低于成交价而所面对的资金周转压力。本行会继续全力配合监管机构的政策，以满足市民大众置业的需求。”
