智通财经APP讯，威海银行(09677)发布公告，该行于2019年12月2日在全国银行间债券市场完成发行规模为人民币30亿元的无固定期限资本债券(本期债券)。根据本期债券募集说明书相关条款的规定，本期债券设有发行人有条件赎回权，该行有权在本期债券第5个计息年度的付息日(即2024年12月2日)全额赎回本期债券。
截至本公告日，该行行使赎回权，全额赎回了本期债券。
