Arta TechFin (HKG:0279) shrank its attributable loss to shareholders for the six months ended Sept. 30 to HK$21.8 million from HK$47.0 million in the year-ago period, a Nov. 29 bourse filing said.
Loss per share stood at HK$0.0011, down from HK$0.0025 in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
The financial services company saw its revenue for the half year balloon 228% to HK$20.4 million from HK$6.2 million a year prior.
The firm attributed the higher revenue mainly to the significantly improved performance of the asset management, wealth management and consultancy services, and insurance brokerage businesses, as well as a bigger client base.
