智通财经APP获悉，新高教集团(02001)连续两日反弹后，今日再跌超6%，截至发稿，跌6.67%，报0.98港元，成交额1959.1万港元。
消息面上， 新高教集团近日公布截至2024年8月31日止年度全年业绩，总收入约28.35亿元，同比增长12.2%；净利润7.56亿元，同比增长7.5%；经调整净利润7.72亿元，同比增长6.1%。末期股息每股0.233元，将全部以代息股份形式派发。截至2024年8月31日，该集团计息银行贷款及其他借款以及租赁负债为人民币35.048亿元，其中以美元计值的借款为8000万美元，其余以人民币计值。有息负债/总资产从去年同期的29.4%上升至31.8%，
申万宏源指出，短期成本上升趋势未改，盈利承压。公司未来2所本科学校接受办学质量评估，因此预计近2年资本开支将维持在每年约6-8亿元的水平。此外为持续提升办学层次，公司也有意将旗下专科学校升格为本科学校。由于本科学校办学标准更高，因此加大办学投入成为未来几年的趋势。下调目标价至2.99港元（原目标价为3.46港元），维持“买入”评级。
