路透社纽约12月3日 - 保诚金融（Prudential Financial） 旗下的PGIM Fixed Income公司与Affirm Holdings 公司周二表示，两家公司已经完成了从Affirm Holdings 公司私下购买价值5亿美元贷款的交易。
PGIM Fixed Income管理的资产融资业务涉及公共和私人证券化信贷，管理资产超过1,200亿美元。
声明称，PGIM Fixed Income 过去也曾通过资产证券化投资 Affirm 的资产。
PGIM Fixed Income 董事总经理兼证券化产品联席主管 Edwin Wilches 告诉路透社，PGIM Fixed Income 今年已经发起了数十亿美元的资产支持融资，预计明年的融资额将增加近两倍。
"经济在增长，融资需求在增长，而传统的贷款银行却不太愿意或没有能力做(这类融资)。因此出现了缺口，"他说。
