Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) completed the acquisition of two residential aged care homes from Ti Tree Operations in Victoria, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction expands the company's national portfolio to 69 homes and about 7,750 beds, the filing said.
Shares fell nearly 2% in afternoon trade Monday.
