华领医药(02552.HK) 发新闻稿指，早前在第九届中国医药创新与投资大会上宣布，已成功完成在美国开展的第二代葡萄糖激酶激活剂(GKA)的临床研究。据介绍，相关临床研究设计为每日一次口服给药，旨在通过缓释技术来延长药物在体内的作用时间、改善患者依从性、延长刺激肠道内GLP-1分泌效果。
另外，华领医药同日亦宣布，已成功完成与香港中文大学合作开展SENSITIZE研究，该研究为多格列艾汀改善β细胞葡萄糖敏感性的作用机制研究。据悉，相关研究为首个在亚洲人群中，采用高葡萄糖钳夹技术评估GKA对不同血糖调节受损人群的β细胞葡萄糖敏感性影响的临床研究，以探索不同葡萄糖激酶(GK)功能损伤类型在血糖失调方面的临床特征和干预手段。(js/w)
