特步国际(01368.HK) 公布，于上周六(30日)完成出售KP Global、发行KP可换股债券及授出豁免。于出售事项完成后，KP Global不再是特步国际附属公司，财务资料不再综合入账至集团账目。
特步国际补充，在上述出售事项完成的同时，已向不竞争契据项下的承诺人授出豁免，使其不必严格遵守不竞争契据项下，适用于KP Global集团开展的“盖世威”及“帕拉丁”品牌业务的不竞争限制。
另外，特步国际宣派及分派特别股息的所有条件均已获达成。每股0.447元特别股息预期将于本周五(6日)以现金分派，以及支付予所有在今年9月9日名列股东名册的股东。(js/w)
