消息面上，国电投对风机招标评分规则进行了优化，中信证券指出，有助于推动风机价格回升，杜绝行业过度“内卷”，带动风电产业链价格企稳和厂商盈利修复。11月22日国电投8.4GW项目开标，不同机型投标价均有提升，其中6.25MW机型投标均价较8-10月定标均价提升约11%，10MW较9月定标均价提升约16%。
瑞银发表报告指，对中国涡轮机原始设备制造商前景持乐观态度。该行将金风科技目标价由6港元升至9.5港元。该行表示，金风科技定位最佳，因为它业务最多元化，拥有各个地区的海外订单，并专注于有吸引力的市场；海外订单积压和出口能见度最高；在海外市场拥有超过15年的经验；对欧盟无明显的出口量，对美国市场亦没有敞口。
