领展(00823.HK) 近期完成翻新秀茂坪商场3楼，这是集团在香港完成的第100个资产提升项目。领展香港资产管理总监罗欣琪表示，工程涉及资本开支5,500万元，预计投资回报率达19.9%。她补充，秀茂坪商场目前出租率超过98%，商户对营业额表现也颇为满意。
罗欣琪提到，这次的资产提升项目主要是重新规划秀茂坪商场3楼的空间，新增6间餐厅，使商场内的餐饮商户总数超过28间，其楼面面积比例增至约35%，而诊所租户则迁至同层另一侧。此外，3楼的户外天台花园被改造成为一个占地近1.2万平方呎的儿童乐园，资本开支约为2,000万元。
领展香港项目及工程董事总经理黄汉强指，位于安达臣道的商场项目料2026年中竣工，楼面约10万平方呎。
