智通财经APP讯，吉盛集团控股(08133)发布公告，公司的全资附属公司东盟淀粉供应链管理有限公司(东盟淀粉)于本公告日期与广西明阳供应链管理有限公司(明阳供应链)订立谅解备忘录，双方有意合作，在中国从事开拓和发展淀粉供应链有关方面等业务。
公告称，明阳供应链拥有丰富的淀粉行业资源和专业团队。集团通过与明阳供应链合作，可利用其在淀粉行业的市场网络，进一步扩展集团的业务覆盖范围，增加业务机会，并能为本集团提供灵活的资金解决方案，支持集团的业务发展和扩展。
