智通财经APP讯，滨海投资(02886)发布公告，该公司全资附属公司天津泰达滨海清洁能源集团有限公司(天津清洁能源)与华能临港(天津)燃气热电有限公司(华能电厂)就燃气利用、项目建设投资、新能源业务等事宜订立战略合作协议(合作协议)。
天津清洁能源作为华能电厂长期稳定的燃气供应服务商，将进一步加强对接华能电厂的燃气需求，在双方商定的燃气购销量下，持续提供具备市场竞争力的气价及服务。双方在原有的燃气合作基础上，针对华能电厂远期规划的二期燃气机组项目，天津清洁能源有意向以包括但不限于燃气配套及供应、投资入股等方式参与。此外，双方将充分发挥自有的行业和客户资源优势，在深化各自优质业务板块合作交流的同时，共同探讨各类型新能源的应用场景及产业合作，重点探索光伏、风电等新能源领域的合作机会。
