智通财经获悉，GE HealthCare(GEHC.US)已同意从Sumitomo Chemical手中收购Nihon Medi-Physics(NMP)剩余50%的股份，旨在获得这家日本放射性制药公司的完全所有权。该公司预计该交易将于2025年初完成。该交易预计将对GE HealthCare第一年的调整后每股收益产生中性影响，此后将增加收益。
