消息面上，据每日经济新闻报道，在利好政策的密集推动下，不少城市11月的成交热度仍在持续。其中，11月深圳二手住宅网签7125套，创近4年以来新高；上海二手房成交量(含商业)达2.70万套，创44个月新高；北京二手房网签超1.8万套，创20个月新高；新一线城市中的杭州也在时隔19个月后，二手房再度挺近“万套时代”，达1.05万套。
第一上海指出，依然看好贝壳在“一体”业务稳健发展和行业渗透率的提升、以及“三翼”业务巩固公司穿越房地产后周期韧性的能力。展望四季度，受益于9月底以来出台的关于房地产信贷调整、交易税费调整、一线城市新一轮的限购松绑等政策，公司整体交易额有望迎来较大幅度增长，同时带动公司“一体”业务贡献利润率修复。公司拥有坚实的现金储备，并积极回馈股东。自22年9月回购专案启动以来，公司累计回购金额约14.9亿美元，回购股数占回购项目启动前已发行总股本约8.1%。
