Prudential (HKG:2378, SGX:K6S) completed its share repurchase program, buying 18.2 million pounds sterling worth of shares, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The insurer repurchased 2,814,023 ordinary shares at an average of about 6.48 pounds apiece from Nov. 22 to 25, the filing said.
Shares fell 2% in Hong Kong during Monday's afternoon trading.
