Annail (SGX:A52) entered into a joint venture agreement with Anhui Huaqi Environmental Protection and Technology through JV company Anxon Enotech to provide environmental and other business opportunities in Singapore and other regions.
The join venture is part of the group's strategy to invest in environmental related businesses locally and overseas.
