消息面上，新高教集团此前公布截至2024年8月31日止年度全年业绩，总收入约28.35亿元，同比增长12.2%；毛利8.76亿元，同比增长8.7%；净利润7.56亿元，同比增长7.5%；经调整净利润7.72亿元，同比增长6.1%。末期股息每股0.233元，将全部以代息股份形式派发。
中金认为，公司计划以非常态化的以股代息形式派发末期息，主要考虑留存现金供集团业务发展及营运需求使用，尤其是未来几年集团旗下专科学校申本、本科学校申硕等计划相关的资本开支投入，提高股份交易流动性。华泰证券表示，考虑到高等学历教育收入和利润具有较高的稳定性，该行看好公司后续可持续内生增长，维持“买入”评级。
