智通财经APP获悉，钢铁股午后涨幅扩大，截至发稿，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨8.62%，报1.26港元；重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨5.26%，报1港元；鞍钢股份(00347)涨3.55%，报1.46港元；中国东方集团(00581)涨2.63%，报1.17港元。
消息面上，11月15日，证监会发布市值管理指引，对主要指数成分股制定市值管理制度、长期破净公司披露估值提升计划作出专项要求。财信证券认为，目前A股长期破净公司主要集中在银行、非银、地产、钢铁、建筑、交运等六个传统行业，随着市值管理新规落地，预计上述行业有一定估值修复空间。
华创证券指出，虽然近期行业盈利差，但受益于2016年供给侧改革成果，大部分钢铁企业资产负债率、可用现金、未分配利润等指标优良，股价明显低估；钢铁板块破净公司集中，多家破净公司主动维护市值，证监会发布上市公司市值管理指引，多家公司已发布或实施回购计划，主动发力维护市值；钢铁行业即将迎来反转拐点。史上最大规模化债以及地产扶持政策陆续出台，下游需求将明显改善。前三年行业盈利持续下滑，中小企业开始出清，行业格局持续优化。供需同时发力，拐点即将出现。
