智通财经APP讯，文业集团(01802)发布公告，于 2024年11月30日，Wenye International (HK) Holdings Limited、Sosang (HK) Holdings Limited唯一股东决议按照香港法例第 32 章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例以成员公司自愿清盘的方式将 Sosang HK 清盘。Wenye International HK 及 Sosang HK 为公司间接全资附属公司。陈景煌律师事务所的陈景煌已获委任为 Sosang HK 的清盘人。
