智通财经APP讯，瑞鑫国际集团(00724)发布公告，本集团主要从事制造及买卖电子及电器零件及组件。由于全球经济环境疲软、世界性的关税保护问题、利率上调、行业的快速进步、发展及激烈竞争以及本集团的财务状况欠佳，本集团的业务营运已受到重大影响。
随着若干董事及公司秘书的离职，董事会正积极考虑各种方法以妥善管理及重新启动业务。
于本公告日期，董事会在其财务顾问的协助下，正物色潜在核数师以填补本公司核数师的空缺，并寻求相关报价;及物色合适的人选以填补董事会成员及相关委员会成员的空缺。当有关委任获确认时，本公司将会刊发进一步公告。
本公司一直在就本公司的资金需求及未来业务计划与其主要股东进行积极沟通，以促进本公司截至2024年6月30日止6个月的中期业绩的刊发及本公司股份在可行的情况下尽快于联交所恢复买卖。
本公司将继续与其专业顾问紧密合作并采取适当措施以履行复牌指引，并将于适当时告知本公司股东及潜在投资者有关复牌进度的状态的最新情况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
