Marvell Technology (MRVL) said Monday it has expanded its collaboration with Amazon's (AMZN) Amazon Web Services through a five-year agreement to supply advanced data center semiconductor products and utilize AWS's cloud infrastructure for silicon design.
Financial terms were not provided.
The company said the partnership aims to support cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure performance by improving efficiency and lowering costs for AWS and its customers.
The agreement includes Marvell custom AI products, optical and electrical signal processors, Ethernet switching silicon, and other data center connectivity technologies, the company added.
Marvell said it will also leverage AWS's scalable cloud capabilities for electronic design automation, supporting its silicon design process and reducing product development timelines.
Shares of Marvell were up over 6% in recent Monday premarket activity.
