智通财经APP获悉，KKR(KKR.US)和Baupost集团成立了一家合资企业，在英国从ADIA手中收购了33家万豪国际酒店。KKR针对欧洲酒店业的平台Amante Capital将担任合资企业的管理合伙人。该合资企业资产组合包括万豪和旗下Delta酒店品牌的6500间客房，分布在伦敦、爱丁堡、格拉斯哥、利兹和利物浦等主要城市。这些酒店为商务和休闲客人提供便利设施，包括会议场所和娱乐设施。
KKR董事总经理兼法国交易和酒店主管Mai-Lan de Marcilly表示，“通过Amante Capital，我们有能力成为欧洲高档酒店的大规模收购者和运营商。这是我们与万豪国际在欧洲的第二次投资，扩大了我们的全球关系，并使我们成为欧洲、中东和非洲地区万豪国际高端酒店的最大所有者。”
