道达尔同意以15.7亿欧元（16亿美元）从私募股权公司Partners Group Holding AG手中收购德国可再生能源项目开发商VSB Group。

　　与此同时，道达尔宣布将德克萨斯州一个2吉瓦太阳能和电池储能项目组合的50%股份出售给阿波罗资产管理公司管理的基金，此次交易将为道达尔提供8亿美元现金。

　　“根据我们的战略，这些交易将使我们能够优化在可再生能源领域的资本配置，并有助于提高我们综合电力业务的盈利能力，”道达尔的天然气、可再生能源和电力业务总裁Stephane Michel在周三的声明中说。

　　彭博新闻社率先报道了这项交易。

　　VSB Group提供的服务包括可再生能源领域的项目管理和环境规划。其项目涵盖法国、德国、波兰和意大利的太阳能、水力和风能。该公司在全球拥有21个分支机构和500多名员工。
