智通财经APP讯，声通科技(02495)公布，于2024年12月3日，上海海楦(作为普通合伙人及执行事务合伙人)、兴湖控股及该公司(各自作为有限合伙人)就成立合伙企业订立合伙协议。合伙企业的初始规模为人民币6亿元，其中上海海楦出资人民币600万元，兴湖控股出资人民币4.2亿元，该公司出资人民币1.74亿元。
合伙企业将重点投资于以下行业：新能源及新材料、精细化工、先进制造、电子信息及数字经济、医疗健康、智能物流港、钢铁及有色金属、生物医药、智能制造、电子信息、码头、消费及乡村振兴、生物技术、文化及旅游，以及其他行业，最低投资额将投入位于或将迁至中国江西省九江市湖口县的实体。
董事会认为，成立合伙企业将对公司有利，因为其可以借助国有资金的资源与优势，协助公司在中国江西省九江市湖口县物色可能为集团的信息技术解决方案服务带来协同效应的合适投资项目，推动集团业务增长，提升公司长期价值。
