智通财经APP获悉，力量发展(01277)尾盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.55%，报1.38港元，成交额901.84万港元。
消息面上，力量发展发布公告，由公司间接全资附属公司宁夏力量矿业有限公司所拥有位于宁夏回族自治区的永安煤矿已于2024年11月8日正式进入联合试运转，预期于2026年达至满产。据悉，2022年，力量发展通过收购夏阳光矿业有限公司的100%股权而成为夏永安及韦一煤矿的唯一经营者。
值得注意的是，力量发展于8月底公布，斥9000万美元认购在澳洲及约翰尼斯堡上市的MC MINING新股，持有51%股权，令MC成为其非全资附属公司，MC财务业绩将综合入帐。该集团指，MC合共拥有4个主要项目及27项采矿权，从事煤矿项目，截至去年6月30日止年度亏损约439.8万美元。该集团指，认购以招展全球版图，且与MC合作可带来明显协同效应。
