智通财经APP获悉，根据周一的声明，Nebius(NBIS.US)将以每股21美元的价格定向增发3330万股股票以筹集7亿美元，英伟达(NVDA.US)、Accel Partners LP等投资者参与了此次融资。受此消息提振，截至发稿，Nebius周一美股盘前大涨超15%。
在精简部分业务后，Nebius专注于为人工智能提供云计算服务，并与CoreWeave等公司和更大的云运营商竞争。大量资金正从大型企业和金融投资者流向支撑人工智能的技术。CoreWeave同样也获得了英伟达的支持，该公司正计划上市，估值为230亿美元。
Nebius首席执行官Arkady Volozh表示，这笔融资将支持该公司“GPU集群”的扩展。Arkady Volozh补充称，他希望该公司能尽早获得备受期待的英伟达Blackwell芯片，但来自英伟达的投资并不能保证这一点，“这笔交易与GPU无关”，“但是，这当然表明了我们的密切关系，我们希望这将有所影响”。他还表示，预计Nebius将在2025年进行另一次“可能更大规模”的融资。
