PSQ Holdings (PSQH) has selected Donald Trump Jr. to serve on its board, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.
PSQ Chief Executive Michael Seifert connected with Trump Jr. through a mutual contact in 2022, with Trump Jr. facilitating introductions that advanced the company's public listing and partnerships, one of the sources told Bloomberg.
PSQ did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
Shares of the company were up more than 114% in recent Tuesday trading.
