Worley's (ASX:WOR) unit, Worley Engineering, received a front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract from Adnoc Gas for new gas processing facilities at the Bab Gas Cap project in Abu Dhabi, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The scope of the project includes designing gas processing, dehydration, acid gas, NGL, sulfur recovery, and carbon dioxide capture units to increase the Abu Dhabi-based gas company's processing capacity by 20%, the filing said.

Worley will provide the FEED services from its Abu Dhabi office, supported by its Global Integrated Delivery team and experts worldwide.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company's shares fell marginally in recent Wednesday trade and hit their lowest since March 2022.
