消息面上，烯石电车新材料发布公告称，建议股份5合1，紧随进行一供三，发行7.04亿股；供股价0.17港元，集资总额1.2亿港元，估计所得净额1.16亿港元，拟用作实行中国莱西项目、偿还债务及一般营运资金。合并生效后，每手买卖单位由2000股更改为10000股。
