　　和泓服务（06093）公布，于2024年12月2日，公司的一间间接全资附属贵州福瑞盈信息咨询有限公司拟向邓利华收购四川万晟物业服务有限公司30%股权，总代价为人民币6540万元。

　　收购事项完成后，买方及卖方分别持有目标公司股权总额的90%及10%。

　　目标公司于中国四川省拥有若干物业管理项目。致力持续扩大管理规模是集团核心发展战略之一。因此，公司于2020年12月28日收购目标公司的60%股权，从而扩大管理规模。自上次收购目标公司60%股权以来，其对集团的发展作出了重大贡献。自2020年起，目标公司除收入有所增长外，毛利率及净利率亦维持在理想水平，物业管理项目数量持续增加以致总订约建筑面积及总在管建筑面积实现了快速增长。
