Strandline Resources (ASX:STA) secured an in-principle agreement to an extension of the standstill and deferral arrangement with its financiers, the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility, National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB), and Nordic bondholders, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The extension is subject to the parties formalizing their in-principle agreement by Jan. 24, 2025, the filing said.
Near-term interest payment obligations and principal repayment obligations have been extended until Feb. 28, 2025, according to the filing.
National Australia Bank's shares slipped past 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
