声通科技(02495.HK) 公布，与上海海楦、兴湖控股于昨日(3日)就成立合伙企业订立合伙协议。相关合伙企业的初始规模为6亿元人民币。当中，上海海楦出资600万元；兴湖控股出资4.2亿元；声通科技出资1.74亿元。
声通科技表示，成立合伙企业将对公司有利，因为其可以借助国有资金的资源与优势，协助公司在中国江西省九江市湖口县，物色可能为集团的信息技术解决方案服务带来协同效应的合适投资项目，推动业务增长，提升长期价值。(js/w)
