　　美东时间周三（2024年12月4日）上午，美国联合健康集团（UnitedHealth Group）保险部门CEO布赖恩·汤普森（Brian Thompson）在曼哈顿中心城区被枪杀身亡。

　　联合健康集团在枪击事件报道出现后取消了其投资者日活动。汤普森领导的联合健康集团旗下保险公司是美国最大的私人健康保险公司。

　　据一位知情人士称，警方正在将枪击事件调查为有针对性的袭击，并认为凶手可能使用了消音器。据警方描述，嫌疑人为戴着滑雪面罩和背包的白人男性。
