港华智慧能源拟出售股权，预计获200万元收益
财中社12月3日电港华智慧能源（01083）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司于2024年12月3日与资产支持专项计划的管理人签订了特殊目的公司转让协议，出售其在特殊目的公司中的100%股权，代价为170万元。此外，卖方还与特殊目的公司签订了项目公司转让协议，出售目标公司的100%股权及其欠卖方的贷款，转让目标股权的代价为3.05亿元。
为了支持首期资产支持专项计划，卖方还认购了权益B级资产支持证券，认购金额为3800万元，占首批次发行本金总额的约7.4%。此次交易预计将为公司带来约200万元的未审计收益，基于预期收取的总代价约5.15亿元，扣除相关成本后计算得出。此次交易将有助于公司进入中国资本市场，扩大融资渠道，并提高现有光伏及储能电站资产的流动性。
