智通财经获悉，12月3日，以技术驱动的新一代移动互联网基础设施与平台服务提供商悦享控股有限公司(CHR.US)宣布，董事会批准股票回购计划，授权公司在36个月内回购5000万美元A类普通股，公司拥有充足的现金为回购提供资金。
公司将依据市场情况并按照适用的规则和规定，在公开市场上以现行市场价格、非公开协商交易、大宗交易或通过法律允许的其他方式进行，回购的时机、金额和方式将根据市场情况、股价、法律要求等因素决定。董事会将定期审查该计划，并保留或授权公司在其认为适当的时候随时暂停、调整、中止或终止的权利。
