Array Technologies (ARRY) said Tuesday it has appointed H. Keith Jennings as its chief financial officer, effective Jan. 6.
Jennings is currently serving as a non-executive director and audit chair for Noble (NE) and 5E Advanced Materials (FEAM), Array said.
