Kingsmen Korea, an associate of Kingsmen Creatives (SGX:5MZ), has acquired the remaining 10% in Kingsmen E&E Limited for SG$395,000, raising its ownership to 100%, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Kingsmen E&E, based in Korea, focuses on architectural interiors, museum designs, and experiential marketing. The deal is funded through internal resources.
