智通财经APP获悉，内房股悉数走低，截至发稿，融信中国(03301)跌7.14%，报0.455港元；远洋集团(03377)跌4.92%，报0.29港元；融创中国(01918)跌3.13%，报2.48港元；富力地产(02777)跌2.98%，报1.63港元；世茂集团(00813)跌1.67%，报1.18港元。
消息面上，中指研究院数据显示，1-11月，百强房企销售总额为38516.0亿元，同比下降32.9%，降幅较上月缩窄1.8个百分点。11月单月，百强房企销售额同比减少9.46%，环比减少18.62%。另据克尔瑞，11月TOP100房企实现销售操盘金额3633.5亿元，环比降低16.6%，较9月仍增长44.3%；同比降低6.9%，单月业绩同比降幅低于往年同期。累计业绩34326.3亿元，同比降低30.7%，降幅较10月收窄近2个百分点。
国金证券表示，尽管新政后10月同比首次转正，11月再度转负，但11月同比降幅较新政前单月同比-20%以上的降幅仍明显收敛。天风证券指出，房企销售热度相对维持，增长动能略有趋弱。展望12月，预计房企将保持较强促销力度冲刺业绩，百强及核心城市销售同环比有望延续改善趋势。近期建议关注重要会议节点的地产潜在政策增量，不排除政策靠前发力以巩固市场预期，为基本面周期反转继续提供利好。
