瑞尔集团(06639.HK) 公布，其创始人、董事长、首席执行官及执行董事邹其芳于昨日(2日)在联交所以平均价每股约3.08元场内购买20万股公司股份，涉资约61.6万元。
自去年7月起及截至目前，包括本次购买在内，邹其芳合共购买85万股股份。紧随本次购买后，邹其芳持有公司已发行股本总额的约31.58%。他对公司未来业务展望充满信心，且不排除会于适当时候进一步增持。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
