智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)高开7%，截至发稿，涨7%，报5.2港元，成交额2249.52万港元。
消息面上，香港宽频公布，中国移动香港提出有条件自愿全面要约，每股现金价5.23港元，较停牌前收报溢价7.61%；较8月止每股资产净值1.95港元溢价约168.56%。连同贷款票据要约以及受限制股份单位要约，最高代价约77.97亿港元。
另外，董事会已收到I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.提出无约束力的初步意向，表示有意收购公司的100%已发行股份，倘落实进行，预期将透过其投资组合公司HGC Global Communications Limited完成收购。可能其他要约为独立于11月20日公告所提述中国移动可能提出的现金收购要约。于公告日期，公司与ISquared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.仍在讨论该建议的条款（包括价格）。
