Graphjet Technology (GTI) said Tuesday it achieved technological breakthroughs in producing high-quality synthetic graphite using its patented green technology.
Graphjet said its green graphite technology, which produces artificial graphite from palm kernel shells, achieved almost 100% purity and 98.8% graphitization, proving competitive with traditional graphite production methods.
Shares of Kuala Lumpur-based Graphjet Technology rose 12% in recent Tuesday trading.
