12月3日金融一线消息，青岛银行今日发布关于资本工具计划发行额度获得监管机构批复的公告。公告显示，近日，青岛银行已收到《国家金融监督管理总局青岛监管局关于青岛银行发行资本工具的批复》（青金复〔2024〕78号），国家金融监督管理总局青岛监管局同意该行发行不超过20亿元人民币的资本补充工具，该行可在批准额度内，自主决定具体工具品种、发行时间、批次和规模，并于批准后的24个月内完成发行。
