消息面上，近日，经国家能源局的统筹组织，中国电力企业联合会联合多家单位共同发布《全国统一电力市场发展规划蓝皮书》，明确到2025年，初步建成全国统一电力市场，电力市场顶层设计基本完善。此外，广东发布2025年电力市场交易方案，推动电力市场平稳发展。
国盛证券指出，广东发布2025年电力市场交易方案，对此前电力交易乱象有所约束，平衡市场波动。市场不必对“降电价”过分担忧，随着电力市场建设的完善，最终会形成在考虑综合成本基础上反映真实电力商品价值的电价。此外，我们认为区域分化依然会进一步体现，依然建议关注用电供需格局偏紧、电价风险较低地区。此外，建议关注新能源中风电投资机会。
