【环球网财经综合报道】12月3日，据路透社等媒体消息，霍尼韦尔公司（HON.O）宣布，由于与庞巴迪（BBDb.TO）达成了一项提供航空相关技术的协议，该公司已下调其第四季度及全年的销售和利润预测。此消息公布后，霍尼韦尔股价在收盘后下跌约2%，跌至226美元。

根据协议内容，霍尼韦尔将为庞巴迪的飞机提供包括航空电子设备、推进系统和卫星通信技术在内的全方位支持。尽管这一合作被视为双方业务拓展的重要一步，但霍尼韦尔表示，考虑到在研发方面的重大投资，该协议短期内将对公司的财务状况产生一定影响。不过，从长期来看，该协议有望为霍尼韦尔带来最高可达170亿美元的收入潜力。

针对这一合作带来的财务影响，霍尼韦尔对第四季度的销售额预测进行了调整。原本预测的销售额范围在102亿美元至104亿美元之间，现在下调至98亿美元至100亿美元。同时，公司也将调整后每股收益的预期进行了下调，从原先的2.73美元至2.83美元调整为2.26美元至2.36美元。

此外，霍尼韦尔与庞巴迪还共同宣布，双方之间所有未决的诉讼问题均已得到妥善解决。此前，庞巴迪曾指控霍尼韦尔在向其竞争对手出售推进系统时提供了更为优惠的条件，尽管霍尼韦尔一直承诺将提供最优惠的价格。（文智）
