Eureka Group Holdings (ASX:EGH) completed the acquisition of a seniors' rental village located in Mount Barker, South Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company funded the purchase using proceeds from its AU$70.4 million capital raising, the filing said. The acquisition raises Eureka Group's number of units under management by 55 to 2,890.
