智通财经APP讯，中国生物科技服务(08037)发布公告，该公司的间接全资附属公司鹏博(海南)硼中子医疗科技有限公司(鹏博(海南))与中国农业银行股份有限公司琼海市支行(该银行)订立了一份固定资产借款合同，该银行同意向鹏博(海南)提供本金额为人民币5000万元的借款，为期8年，用于建设海南博鳌BNCT 硼中子治疗中心(该中心)。该借款分两期提取，并须符合不同的提取条件。于本公告日期，预计本金额为人民币2000万元的第一期借款可供提取。该借款以鹏博(海南)抵押该中心位于海南博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区的建设用地的土地使用权及在建工程(抵押);及本公司主席兼执行董事刘小林先生提供连带责任保证(保证)作为保证。
本公司认为，该借款将为该中心的建设及发展提供更多助力，争取该中心在2025年预定时间完成建设并成功开业，为有需要癌症患者提供硼中子治疗服务。借款合同、抵押及保证的所有条款及条件均经由有关各方按公平原则磋商而厘定。董事认为，有关交易的条款属公平合理，并且符合本公司股东的整体利益。
