Leoch International Technology (HKG:0842) has entered into two new agreements with its chairman, Dong Li, and his associates, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The new agreements will extend the business relationship between Leoch International and Dong's associated companies for another three years, until Dec. 31, 2027.
Under the master sales agreement, Leoch International will continue to sell battery products, including batteries and related components, to Dong's associated companies.
The annual caps set for the sales are 120.8 million for 2025, 151.0 million for 2026, and 188.7 million for 2027.
Meanwhile, the master purchase agreement outlines the continued purchase of raw materials and components, such as chargers, cables, and battery cells, from Dong and his associates.
The annual caps set for the purchases are 375.5 million yuan for 2025, 469.4 million for 2026, and 586.7 million for 2027.
