EPAM Systems (EPAM) said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of First Derivative, a managed services and consulting business for the capital markets industry headquartered in Northern Ireland.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, EPAM said it plans to deliver AI-enabled capabilities to clients in banking, capital markets and other financially regulated businesses across North America, Europe and APAC.
