12月3日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局朔州监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，晋商银行股份有限公司朔州分行因内部控制管理不到位，公章管理存在严重缺陷行为，被责令改正并罚款40万元。

　　吕加富（时任晋商银行山阴支行行长）对上述违法违规事实负有责任，被禁止终身从事银行业工作；郭勇（时任晋商银行朔州分行办公室主任）对上述违法违规事实负有责任，被给予警告处罚。
