金融界12月3日消息，中加国信最近发布的2024年半年报显示，公司及其附属公司在报告期间的收入约为9,582,000港元，高于2023年的7,584,000港元。报告期间的收入主要来自于租赁的租金和管理收入、物业销售以及瓶装矿泉水销售。此外，公司的销售成本为8,475,000港元，包括已售物业的成本和已售瓶装矿泉水的成本。在报告期间，中加国信录得的毛利约为1,107,000港元，主要源于苏州、浙江和北京的投资物业的租金收入。其他收益为161,000港元，较2023年6,259,000港元有所减少。
